My approach draws on deep senior executive experience across policy, operations and corporate leadership, combined with a perceptive understanding of people and organisational dynamics. ​I tailor my work to the person and circumstances - using practical tools, storytelling, reflection and, where useful, mindfulness - to help people see things differently, find clarity and build confidence.

 

Some of the most important things I learned in my career came from leading in environments that were male-dominated, politically complex and high pressure, while also managing chronic illness and pain.​

It taught me that leadership is about judgement, energy and relationships. It is understanding how people and systems really work - and knowing when to lean in, when to ‘push back from the table’, and when to quietly hold your ground.

Over time, I became fascinated by the unspoken dynamics that shape decisions and careers at senior levels. Often, someone needs to ‘show us the key’ and invite us into the inner circle. ​​​I also learned to trust myself more deeply - to rely less on achievement and external validation, and to honour the light within myself through self-compassion, kindness and generosity.
