About me
My approach draws on deep senior executive experience across policy, operations and corporate leadership, combined with a perceptive understanding of people and organisational dynamics. I tailor my sessions to the person and circumstances - using practical tools, storytelling, reflection and, where useful, mindfulness - to help people see things differently, find clarity and build confidence.
Some of the most important things I learned in my career came from navigating difficult environments and working in systems that were often male-dominated, politically complex, and high pressure. At the same time, I was managing chronic illness and pain while leading at senior levels.
That experience taught me that leadership is about energy management, judgement, and building strong relationships. It's also about communication and understanding how people and systems really work. And it is knowing when to lean in, when to 'push back from the table', and when to quietly hold your ground.
As my career evolved from finance and policy work into senior leadership, coordination, strategy and national security, I became increasingly fascinated by the unspoken dynamics inside organisations that shape decision-making at senior levels. To understand these dynamics, we need to hear the stories, and have someone 'show us the key' and invite us into the inner circle.
I also had to learn how to trust myself more deeply and stop relying solely on external feedback or achievement for a sense of worth, and ultimately find how to honour the light within myself. This came through self-compassion, and working and leading with kindness and generosity.
If you're finding your work situation challenging, pressures are rising, and next steps aren't quite clear - or you're needing a change or want to make a bigger impact - I bring decades of senior experience, lots of tools and a different approach. I have an innate understanding of unspoken leadership dynamics and can help you navigate these.

I admire and respect the oldest, continuous living culture, and I am grateful to live, work and learn on Ngunnawal Country. I am committed to strengthening my understanding of Indigenous history, culture and perspectives. I acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
